What I've been up to: Thing 1 had a birthday. If you live in the St. George area, the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center is the best deal for you birthday party money. $65 gets you an hour and a half of swimming for 12 kids, plus a hot snack bar item, a drink, a balloon and a party favor for each child. As I have mentioned before my husband is a vegetarian (I'm more of a flexitarian). So I'm often experimenting with different ways of preparing meatless protein. I found this recipe in the newspaper last Sunday. My burgers don't look as pretty, but they were very tasty, and really that's all that matters. (Ok, they are healthier than a standard burger, and I suppose that matters for something too.) What I’ve been up to

 I swear I have a dozen blog posts bouncing around in my head, but not enough time to write them. That is, time where I'm in the 'writing zone' plus had enough sleep plus have 2 hands free.
